Text To Help Students Print: Printing Your PDF
- I have now opened my PDF that I would like to print. I'll go to File > Print …, and in the printer name drop down list I will select 4thlabCOL because I would like to print my image in colour.
- Please see the other video "What printer do I send to" to determine which printer you should send your job to.
- I will now double check my properties. My paper size is A4. I would like the output size of my paper to also come out in A4, and my page is orientated in a portrait layout.
- I then select OK, and check if my print preview window of my image looks fine. I can select if I would like multiple copies. I will have two copies, and I am now ready to print.
- I will press OK. My job is now being sent to the print release station ready for me to swipe my card and pay for the job and collect it.
