Printing to the Plotter From Photoshop
1. In the File menu click Print…
2. In the Printer Name drop down box select either abp-mainbld-2ndflr-205-Plotter1 or abp-mainbld-2ndflr-205-Plotter 2.
3. Click Page Setup to bring up the plotter document properties dialog box.
4. In the Paper/Quality Tab in the Paper Options pane is the Size is: drop down box, ensure you select the correct paper size for the size of the image you are printing.
5. In the Source is: drop down box ensure you select the correct roll number:
- Roll 2 is the Large Roll for Printing A0
- Roll 1 is the Smaller Roll for Printing A1 and A2
6. If you want to print in grayscale click the Colour Tab and in the colour options pane check the box that says Print in Greyscale then click OK.
8. Ensure that either abp-mainbld-2ndflr-205-Plotter1 or abp-mainbld-2ndflr-205-Plotter 2 is selected in the select printer box and then press Print.
9. Release your job from the print monitor in 205 and collect your job.
