4. Click the Paper/Quality Tab. In the Paper Options pane in the Size is: drop down box, ensure you select the correct paper size for the size of the image you are printing. Choosing the oversize version of your desired paper size will ensure that you can print the full dimensions of that page size without the edges being cut off by margins.

- Roll 2 is the Large Roll for Printing A0
- Roll 1 is the Smaller Roll for Printing A1 and A2

6. If you wish to print in grayscale click the Colour Tab and in the colour options pane check the box that says Print in Grayscale, then click OK.

7. In the Finishing tab in the orientation pane you must ensure that you select the correct option of portrait or landscape. If the document you are printing on the screen is saved in a landscape format, ensure to check the landscape box. If the document you are printing on the screen is saved in a portrait format, ensure you check the portrait box. Click OK to return to the Print.
Note: When printing A2 also select the rotate by 90 degrees option as this not only saves paper but will print the long edge of your page across the roll and you will have less trimming to do.

8. If your job is a scale drawing or you want it to print at the size you specified when creating the document, in the Page Scaling field, select None. Otherwise, set it to Shrink to Printable Area to ensure the whole document will fit on the page.

9. Click OK to output your job. Release your job from the print monitor in 205 and collect your work.
