Printing Double Sided - Toshiba 1 and Toshiba 2

1. In the File menu, click Print…

 

2. In the Print dialogue box select either abp-mainbld-2ndflr-205-Toshiba1 or abp-mainbld-2ndflr-205-Toshiba2 from the drop down list next to Name: in the Printer section.

 

3. Click the Properties button, then in the Setup Tab ensure the paper source drop down box is set to Automatic and that the Orientation drop down box is set to Landscape or Portrait according to the orientation of your document.

 

4. In the 2-Sided Printing drop down box select either Book , Tablet or None. The Book setting will print so that pages will be the right way up if turned on the vertical side of the page. The Tablet setting will print so that pages will be the right way up if the page is turned on the horizontal axis. None allows you to print single sided. When you have chosen the appropriate setting, click OK.

 

5. Click OK in the print dialogue box

 

6. Release your document from the print station in 205 and collect your job

 

Adobe Photoshop

1. In the File menu click Print…

 

2. In the Printer drop down box select either Toshiba 1 or Toshiba 2

 

3. Click the Page Setup Button below the Printer drop down box then in the Setup Tab ensure the paper source drop down box is set to Automatic and that the Orientation drop down box is set to Landscape or Portrait accordingly.

 

4. In the Two Sided Printing drop down box select either Book or Tablet depending if you want your pages to read like a book with the spine down the side or across the top of the pages then press OK.

 

5. Press Print… in the print dialogue box.

 

6. Another print dialogue box appears, ensure either Toshiba 1 or Toshiba 2 printer is selected then press Print.

 

7. Release your document from the print station in 205 and collect your job.
