Property ValuationThis group of subjects provides a professional qualification in valuation. It provides graduates with sufficient valuation theory and practice training which can be used for recognition as a Certified Practicing Valuer. The course aims to develop skills in property valuation and provides skills in the technical and managerial aspects of property. Urban DesignThis is a sequence of design studios augmented by studies in urban design theory and practice. The urban design specialisation is ideal for architects, landscape architects and urban planners who see the opportunity to enhance their career prospects and gain skills in strategic planning and designing of urban environments Planning and DesignThis mulitidisciplinary group of subjects allows students to choose an individual course of study which can be tailored to the student's background and interest. Subjects can be chosen from a range the faculty's specialisations including Architectural History and Conservation, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, and Property. The program of subjects is chosen in consultation with a course advisor. |
