What are you studying in the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning?
I transferred into the Master of Architecture by Coursework this year (from the Bachelor of Architecture) and have just returned from 10 days in Beijing as part of a Research Project subject. My other subjects last semester included a challenging but very interesting theory class, along with a design studio.
What did you study before commencing your studies at the University of Melbourne, and at which institution?
I completed four years of the Bachelor of Architecture here at Melbourne.
What interested you in coming to the University of Melbourne ? What attracted you to the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning?
I decided at school - in Melbourne - that I would like to study Architecture.
How are you finding your experience at the University so far? What are the highlights?
I have really enjoyed my first semester of the Masters program. It's great being part of a small but enthusiastic group, and to have the opportunity to complete a wider range of elective subjects.
What are you planning to do when you have completed your studies at Melbourne?
I hope to find a job - here or overseas.
What advice do you have for other students thinking of studying in the Faculty?
Be organized - but remember to enjoy yourself and have fun!
