The Melbourne School of Design Student Centre would like to offer students the opportunity to provide feedback of their Melbourne School of Design experience. The form is an anonymous forum for this and can be handed directly to the Student Centre upon completion. We value your feedback and encourage any suggestions that can be used to ensure your University experience is as positive as possible.
