Alloc8 Timetable

ALLOC8
ALLOC8 is an on-line tutorial allocation system and can be accessed through the Student Portal or;
Generally, ABP students have never had their tutorials allocated on-line. The exception is any student who is taking elective subjects from another faculty. These subject tutorials will be allocated using ALLOC8. Students who are taking any subjects from the Bachelor of Environments will also have those subject tutorials electronically allocated.
ALLOC8 takes into consideration all student's lecture and tutorial needs and will provide a clash free timetable where possible. In the event that there are timetable clashes, students can amend them manually by coordinating with the relevant subject coordinators.
Tutorials are allocated at the start of each semester with the exception of year long subjects. Tutorial times for these will be allocated at the start of the year remaining the same throughout both semesters. Final timetables can be viewed via the Student Portal and will be available before the commencement of semester.
